Aryaman Tepal
(Ar-yuh-mun Te-pahl)
I'm a senior in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at UMass Amherst. I work on software engineering, deep learning, and robotics. My current research is on inverse problems in fluid dynamics, using machine learning to predict velocity fields from streaklines.
I've worked with Yeonsik Noh, Elliot Taffet, and Mario Parente at UMass Amherst, James Murphy at Tufts University, Jim Buffat at Forschungszentrum Jülich, and Curtis Atkisson at the University of Washington.
I spent last summer at Edgescale AI, building agent infrastructure, coding agents, and reviewers.
I graduate in May 2027. I'm looking for full-time software engineering and machine learning roles starting then.
